I noticed this stairs in the backyard of the Palace of Arts. It looks so old I wouldn't risk going upstairs.

I love cicular staircases and this one looks particularly interesting! I wonder how old it is?
The Palace of Arts was opened in 1973. I doubt that this stairs is older than that.
