Can I ask what "Na Nemige" translates to in english?
It translates into "on Nemiga". "Nemiga" (reads [ne'miga]) is a name of a river. For a long time it was the second largest river flowing through Minsk. Then it almost dried up and was put into a pipe. Today the name Nemiga more commonly refers to a nearby street, where the department store from the photo is located.
