This is Tolbuhina street, which is under construction right now. It's going to be a nice boulevard in a couple of months. I'm looking forward to summer to see walking people and blooming flowers here.

Sorry for the typo in Belarus - I should know better - I have an old friend who is sometimes visiting English lecturer at Minsk University so I should have known better - been having problems with my connections so my attention slipped - will correct it as soon as I can.
