I took this shot in the very center of Minsk, at the October Square.

Olga said...: This was the last shot I was able to take that day. My camera battery died right after I pushed the button, so I wasn't sure if the photo was taken until I returned home.

For those concerned I'll add that a second after I took the shot the guy jumped down and closed the hood. His face said that the truck was ok and no snow was going to melt :); March 22, 2008 at 8:04 PM

J.C. said...: Ha ha...guess what I was thinking when I see this photo? I was thinking of a balancing act between the man and the load of ice in the truck! ha ha ha...and now the man's weight matches the ice load and the truck is balanced up!

I don't know what triggered this thought but the posture of the man makes me think he is trying to add weight to his side.; April 6, 2008 at 7:18 PM
