234567 is the number of km hit by a car of one of Minsk citizens... me :). The photo was taken about a week ago.

I think you are the second to photograph the dashboard. Good choice - my goodness a lot of numbers there.
It's not only about the dashboard, but rather about number "234567"

Wow! That's a lot of km!! And sequential numbers at that! 145,753 miles!! And it looks like such a new car. You must drive a lot -:)
